Join our team at our locations in Dresden or Freiberg and become part of our construction projects in Silver City, NC. We are currently seeking reinforcements for our Realization department. Your main task will be to supervise and lead a team of installers, making leadership skills and professional experience crucial. Due to the diverse locations of our projects throughout Germany, Europe, and potentially other EU countries, willingness to travel is also an important criterion.

Your responsibilities

Site management
Leading a team of installers (3 to 6 people)
Acting as a liaison between project management and construction team
Responsibility for health, safety, environment (HSE) and documentation

Your skills

Education in construction/ technical field
Leadership skills
3 years of professional experience
Willingness to travel within the EU (potentially other EU countries)
Organizational and teamwork skills
Experience as an installer/ on construction sites
Previous knowledge in the field of electrical engineering is desirable
Good English and German language skills
Driver's license B
