We are looking for a leader for order acceptance, calculation, production planning and, if necessary, construction site management with a solid technical background in Damascus, OR.


ABEX is a steel and metal construction company located in Berlin-Neukölln, specializing in sheet metal processing, pipe and profile bending, repairs and services, as well as custom solutions and special productions.

We also produce and distribute urban furniture such as waste bins, park benches, bollards, bike racks, shelters, and more.

We are committed to environmental protection and produce useful items for daily use that can be found throughout our city.


To represent and support the management in various technical matters, we are looking for a co-management (m/f/d) with detailed expertise, solid craftsmanship knowledge, and preferably a vocational training in the craft sector.

You work independently and have knowledge in most areas of the company. You fill in any gaps with full commitment. You are eager to continue developing, have enough energy and courage to take on challenges.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of offers, including calculation
  • Organizational and, if necessary, drawing (only hand sketches) preparation of orders for the workshop
  • Developing solutions for customers
  • Monitoring deadlines and quality
  • Supervising locksmiths, apprentices, interns, and temporary workers
  • Representing and supporting the management in daily business operations
  • Structuring and reorganizing work processes in the office and workshop
  • Planning new workshop equipment and fixtures
  • Creating work
