    Job Title: Development Associate

    Position Type: Part Time

    Job Description/Summary

    The Development Associate plays an important role in securing vital funding for PBHG's mission. In this role, the Development Associate will support all initiatives of the Development Team, including events, grants, donor development, marketing, and reputation management. In this dynamic position, the Development Associate essential support event logistics, and facilitating effective communication across departments for strategic marketing endeavors.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar field with one year of experience in general administration preferred. Or, Associates degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar field with equivalent work experience in fundraising, donor relations, grant writing with two year's professional experience. Or a minimum of three years' professional experience in general administration. Marketing and advertising experience preferred.
    • Experience: Fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, non-profit policy and procedures
