Description

As a Converse, you will be responsible for designing custom software solutions and implementing them, or adapting standard applications to fit the specific needs of our clients.

This will involve analyzing processes and procedures at the client's site and incorporating them into the implementation. You will also test and adjust our solutions to meet the client's requirements.

Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and fixing issues with existing or newly created solutions, as well as providing training and instruction to clients on the product.

To prepare for programming, you will learn the methods of software engineering and how to effectively use modern development tools.

As a specialist in computer science, we will provide you with practical training in developing business and production-related software solutions, as well as in providing technical advice.

The duration of the apprenticeship is 3 years.

Your profile:

Successful completion of Realschule or Mittlerer Schulabschluss (MSA) or Abitur
At least 18 years of age
Fluent in German
Basic computer skills
Interest in new technologies and good technical understanding
Strong communication skills and good manners, as a part of the apprenticeship will involve working closely with clients
Basic understanding of business processes is an advantage
Driver's license (Class B) is an advantage
