Duties and responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading vehicle chassis tuning, including kenimatics, air suspension, shock absorber, ARB, bushings, tires, EPS, ESP, and more. You will also be involved in ensuring that chassis and vehicle dynamics design meets our targets during the digital simulation phase.

In addition, you will lead and manage benchmark chassis performance evaluations, define and align chassis performance targets, and develop measures with relevant departments. You will also work to improve our chassis performance development procedure, tuning process, testing methods, and standards.

Other responsibilities include leading the development of CDC, EPS, and other relevant chassis control calibration strategies, identifying and addressing customer pain points, and integrating new chassis functions and technology for future productions. You will also be responsible for
