The Department of Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery at UMG is seeking a resident physician (f/m/d) for the focus area of trauma surgery/orthopedics, initially for a period of two years with the option of extension, full-time (42 hours/week) | Salary according to TV-Ärzte.

The Department of Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery is one of the largest clinics for musculoskeletal surgery with 134 beds and more than 6,000 inpatient patients* per year.

As a supra-regional trauma center, the clinic is certified and specialized in the treatment of severely injured patients, in collaboration with other participating clinics at UMG.

Other areas of focus such as endoprosthetics, pelvic surgery, spinal surgery, hand surgery, knee and shoulder surgery, foot surgery, pediatric orthopedics and plastic surgery offer highly specialized patient care and a wide range of training opportunities.
