The residential and support services offered at the apartment buildings in the inclusive Alsterdorfer Markt are characterized by individual support services for a diverse mix of people, from young adults to seniors, people with increased care needs or special psychosocial needs, and much more. This makes the work diverse and exciting.

Overview of Responsibilities

You accompany people with disabilities in their daily support and ensure basic care at night
You are available to clients as a contact person in difficult situations in the evening and at night
You are responsible for two of the four apartment buildings and work according to a detailed schedule, so that you are always well oriented

We are looking for

Qualified training as, for example, a geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, special education teacher, educator, or a comparable pedagogical qualification such as a SPA
Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion
Structured, independent, and reflective way of working
Appreciation and empathy for the needs of clients
Enthusiasm and joy in
