YOUR responsibilities

  • You will handle national and international patent applications and oversee the processes until completion. This includes monitoring deadlines and time limits.
  • In this context, you will take care of administrative tasks related to clients, colleagues, and authorities, including monitoring their respective tasks. You will also be responsible for creating fee invoices.
YOUR qualifications

  • We are looking for a trained patent law clerk or RFA with relevant knowledge or equivalent qualifications. We also welcome applicants who are reentering the workforce or starting their careers (all genders).
  • You have excellent language skills in English and German, both written and spoken, and are wellorganized.
