Job Description


Pearl Abyss - the company behind the highly acclaimed MMORPG Black Desert Online (BDO) - is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, results-driven, and customer-oriented German and Turkish-speaking Customer Service Representative to help us reach millions of customers across all platforms (PC, mobile, console, etc.) in Europe, specifically in Germany and Turkey.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, collecting in-game issues and player feedback, and relaying this information to the appropriate departments.

You will be processing customer service requests using various internal programs.

Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with our Live Service Game Masters to resolve in-game issues, gather player feedback, and handle customer inquiries.


You will be part of a small but dedicated team working with multiple communities, platforms, and games such as Black Desert and upcoming releases like Crimson Desert, DokeV, and PLAN 8.

This position offers a unique opportunity to ensure that all current and future Pearl Abyss titles reach their European goals.


Responsibilities

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries received through various channels
  • Internal and external communication by reporting and resolving various issues that players experience in the game
  • Processing customer support requests through various internal programs
  • Relaying customer feedback and issues to the appropriate departments and finding solutions

Requirements

  • Native/bilingual proficiency in German and Turkish
  • Intermediate level
