Description

We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) IT Administrator/IT Services Consultant (m/f/d) to join our headquarters in Berlin as soon as possible.

Your mission:

You will be the central point of contact for service and incident management in the IT environment, supporting 4 locations in Germany in 1st and 2nd level support
You will provide support to users at different locations via phone, email, or remote access
You will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and MS Office applications
You will also handle the installation, configuration, rollout, and support of clients and mobile devices (iPad/iPhone)
User and group administration via Active Directory will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as thorough ticket processing
You will create and update FAQs and documentation, and provide daily support between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm in a shift system
