For my notary position, I am currently seeking a motivated ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR NOTARIAL EXECUTION (M/F/D) IN PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME.

As an administrative assistant for notarial execution, you will primarily work in the following areas:

  • You will support the administrative staff in executing notarial deeds and in office procedures.
  • You will independently handle tasks related to general office organization.
  • You will be responsible for managing materials and serving as the point of contact for external service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ideally, you have previous experience in administrative/receptionist roles and/or office procedures, preferably in the legal field.
  • A meticulous and conscientious work ethic is second nature to you.
  • You enjoy working in a team with motivated colleagues.
