  • Point of contact for the affected departments
  • Professional and disciplinary lead of a team of currently 7 members
  • Regular exchange with the managers of the ERP department
  • Support from experienced team leaders by your side to facilitate your entry into the leadership role

  • Qualifying education or degree and professional experience
  • Expertise in the field of ERP and system landscape
  • High social and methodological competence with a confident demeanor
  • Willingness to see strategic changes as opportunities
  • Enjoyment of working with people and high empathy

  • Solutionoriented thinking and acting
  • Good knowledge of German and English language in spoken and written form
