Facility Management Manager (m/f/x)

Your new challenge:

Technical and commercial management of commercial rental properties
Ensuring the profitability of the property
Ensuring compliance with lease obligations in the FM area
Ensuring timely maintenance/inspection of technical systems, with particular consideration for fire protection requirements
Communication with tenants and authorities
Coordination and management of experts and external service providers/maintenance companies
Obtaining and reviewing quotes
Negotiating framework agreements
Establishing and adhering to maintenance budgets, controlling
Planning, coordinating, and implementing modernization measures
