Description

We are a specialized consulting firm in recruiting process outsourcing. On behalf of a mechanical engineering company from the Richwood region, we are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Additive Manufacturing division.

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the overall project plan that drives the development of an AM solution (machine, process, software), including resource planning.
You ensure the achievement of predetermined project goals (costs, deadlines, and quality) by functionally leading and coordinating the individual development areas. You also act as a mediator between development, procurement, quality, suppliers, production, and service, and provide suitable project management tools.
In your interface function, you are responsible for compliance and improvement of the product development process (PEP) as well as project-specific risk and opportunity management.
You handle deviations in project progress and control and document project changes. If necessary, you also support in setting up missing process workflows.

Requirements:

Successfully completed studies or relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
Several years of project management experience in complex projects is essential
