Description

Looking to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities?
We are seeking dedicated and proactive team members to join us in our mission of delivering top-notch services to people with developmental disabilities.
  • We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in both home and community settings.

We believe in turning 'impossible' into 'possible'. Our services range from employment training and leisure activities to much-needed respite care and mentorship, catering to individuals aged 3 to 65 years old.
  • New team members typically start as 1099 contractors with the opportunity to transition to W2 status based on consistent performance or after a three-month probation period.
While we do not currently provide healthcare benefits, we plan to offer them within the next year. We do provide sick leave, vacation time, and public holiday benefits to part-time and full-time employees.
  • We offer various shifts and locations, with no ongoing need for overnight care.
  • We have evening and weekend shifts available, as well as daytime opportunities in select locations.
This role presents an excellent chance for college students seeking a human services internship.

Upon hire, employees receive training in CPR/First Aid, Positive Behavioral Support, and client-specific procedures.
