Junior Construction Manager - Lewiston, CA, United States - Stellar Enterprises
Description
The selected individual will be responsible for logistics and management tasks on site in Lewiston, CA. He/she will work closely with the SENIOR construction manager.Responsibilities:
- Managing the onsite team and subcontractors (certification, efficiency and quality, material usage)
- Applying for licenses and building requirements
- Communicating with local authorities
- Coordinating with other service providers
- Managing material inventory
Qualifications:
- Education/degree and experience in construction
- German proficiency
- C1 level
- English proficiency desirable
