Position Description:
- Experience working on projects related to campus and office networks, including implementation, migration, and support.
- Design and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and ability to troubleshoot Cisco network connectivity issues.
Required Skills:
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and ability to troubleshoot Cisco network connectivity issues.
- Experience updating network equipment to the latest firmware and IOS releases.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Switching, including Core, Distribution, and Access, as well as Cisco WLAN Networking.
- Extensive knowledge of networking technologies, including Layer-2 and Layer-3 protocols such as STP, EIGRP, BGP, VXLAN/EVPN, and ISIS.
- Experience with DDI/NTP technologies, including DHCP (Infoblox, Windows), DNS (Infoblox, Microsoft DNS), IP Address Management (Infoblox and other related technologies), and NTP protocols.
- Experience with NAC (Network Access Control).
- Preferred certifications: CCNA and CCNP.
