Your responsibilities:

Preparing quotes
Processing orders
Scheduling
Providing telephone support to customers and managing order intake and processing
Potentially handling invoicing
Placing orders and receiving goods
General office tasks
Potentially handling bookkeeping

Your profile:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a technical background. Proficient in written and spoken German.
