We are currently seeking a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) for our client, a large construction company.


Your profile:

• Successfully completed relevant education (commercial training, further education, or degree in human resource management)
• Several years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
• Systematic, independent, and responsible work ethic

Your tasks:

• You will create contract documents and other written materials such as certificates, references, and additional agreements
• You will organize the administrative area of applicant management
• You will support the departments in planning onboarding processes
• Additionally, you will participate in current HR projects and support employee development initiatives
