Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop and implement highquality code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
Assist in the design and architecture of solutions, considering both functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while debugging and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of code components to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate suggestions for improvements.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes and skills.
Document development activities, including code comments, technical specifications, and user guide

Qualifications:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 3 years of related work experience with Database Development
Solid understanding of objectoriented programming principles and design patterns
Proficiency in Oracle backend systems and SQL programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus
Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and learn new technologies quickly
PowerCenter, Business Objects Web Intelligence, Microsoft Visual Studio, Toad, JAVA SpringFrame, JAVASCRIPT, APEX 5.2 or greater, Leadtools, Oracle RDBMS, WebLogic, Tomcat, go Anywhere, Java (SpringFrame)
