West Marion, NC is seeking a candidate for the position of '' in our LWL Audit Office. This is a full-time, permanent position (41 or 39 hours/week) with the possibility of part-time hours. Please apply by February 16, 2024, with reference to job number 5957.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial audits in the department of financial audits, including:
  • Operational and business audits
  • Audits of grants and insolvencies
  • Audit of the LWL annual financial statements (NKF)
  • Audit of the LWL consolidated financial statements (NKF)
  • Audit of foundations
  • Audit/continuous monitoring of payment transactions of the LWL and its special assets

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in general administration service of career group 2, first entry level (formerly higher nontechnical administrative service) such as Diplom-Verwaltungswirt: in, Bachelor of Laws at the University of Police and Administration (HSPV)
or

  • Successfully passed advancement exam for career group 2, first entry level of general administration service
or

  • Successful completion of the course for Verwaltungsfachwirt: in (VL II)
or

  • Other relevant (specialized) university degree (Diplom/Bachelor) with a focus on business administration, economics, or public administration
and

  • Several years of relevant professional experience
as well as
