For our client, a privately owned medical network with laboratories and practices in
Kassel, we are looking for a
Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) as part of direct recruitment (NO TEMP WORK).


Your responsibilities include:


  • Working closely with the inside sales team, you will support project business and the introduction of new products/services, as well as building new strategic customer relationships in the greater Kassel area and maintaining existing customers.
  • As the first point of contact for new and existing customers, you will provide customer service and manage customer relationships in the CRM environment with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Through market and competition analysis, you are familiar with the regional conditions and can derive recommendations for action.

Your qualifications include:


  • You have a degree or training in the healthcare sector or in a natural science field such as biology (m/f/d) and/or have previous experience in medical laboratory sales.
  • You have a strong customer orientation and excellent acquisition skills, rounding out your profile.
  • Possession of a Class B driver's license completes your profile.
