The BUND Federal Office in Berlin is looking for a

Student Assistant to Support Human Resources (m/f/d)

Part-time: 12-15 hours/week

Fixed-term contract initially for 12 months, shorter upon request


Job Description:


  • Application management (managing the application inbox, communicating with applicants, clarifying inquiries with departments, posting job advertisements),
  • Organizational and administrative support for organizational and personnel development (planning, invitation management, and organization of inhouse events),
  • Support in the daytoday operations of personnel administration (data maintenance, time tracking review, filing management).

Expected Qualifications:


  • Students who are interested in gaining practical experience experience in human resources is not required,
- a communicative and appreciative working style,
- a structured, focused approach with attention to detail,
- proficient in standard software (e.g. Excel, Outlook, and Word) and enjoy using and trying out new tools as part of the digital transformation of work processes.
