Your responsibilities:
- Personnel and professional management of our nursing team
- Ensuring optimal nursing and psychosocial care for patients
- Designing the organizational structure within the nursing department
- Developing, improving, and implementing nursing concepts, standards, and methods
- Providing further education for nursing staff
- Developing and implementing the nursing concept
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Actively participating in current and future change processes
- Attending supervision and team meetings We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Enjoy working with people
- Completed training as a registered nurse with specialization or experience in psychiatric nursing
- Several years of professional experience
