Your responsibilities: * Responsibility for the operation, monitoring and further development of our Windows server and client environment, mainly based on VMware vSphere / VDI Horizon View * Troubleshooting and problem management at 2nd and 3rd level * Active participation in ICT support at 1st to 3rd level * Building new processes and solutions in the area of server and client engineering, as well as monitoring and support * Planning, accompanying and implementing various IT projects Your skills and experience: * Completed apprenticeship as an IT systems engineer EFZ or comparable education, preferably with a HF or FH degree * ITIL certificate * Solid practical experience in the IT field (Microsoft server and scripting, PowerShell, M365, Entra ID, Teams, virtualization, MS-SQL, Exchange, SCCM, Voip) * Native German speaker and good knowledge of English *
