Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching certification or license
  • Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with students in a teaching capacity
  • Familiarity with literacy education principles
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
  • Experience in tutoring or instructional design is a plus
  • Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into the classroom
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and educational standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
