What you will make possible:

  • Understanding requirements, work processes/flows, and developing technical solutions together with the customer in the customer's application
  • Conducting workshops (e.g. requirement workshops, process analyses) with and for the customer (remote or on-site)
  • Customizing applications through configuration and scripting
  • Documenting your work in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and YouTrack
  • Supporting 3rd level support (e.g. deep dive into applications for error analysis or consultation)

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed training (e.g. as an IT specialist) or degree in (business
