Your tasks & responsibilities include:

As a UX/UI Designer at TBO, you will lead and guide the UX/UI strategy and interaction design in our product developments, which will delight both users and customers.

You bring a strong understanding of design thinking, human-centered design, and human-computer interaction, and are up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

You are an innovative problem solver with a hands-on mentality and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment. You are familiar with working in/with a digital agency and are excited to shape processes and further develop our "method toolbox"? Then we want to hear from you

Capturing product requirements and developing the UX strategy
Conducting user and market research (e.g. usability tests)
Planning and conducting workshops and presentations (in German and English)
Content and functional planning of complex digital applications
Developing concepts for user guidance, interaction behavior, and information architecture
Creating product specifications [user stories, acceptance criteria]
Developing flowcharts, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Developing a design line, elaborating designs, creating a design library, and handing off to development
Production support and quality assurance
Communication with clients and consulting in the areas of UX/UI design and product strategy
With your ideas, you inspire and convince both the team and clients, and are a welcome sparring partner in workshops and design sprints
