Your responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for our customers for all technical inquiries
  • Ordering materials via SAP and coordinating material delivery to job sites
  • Ordering subcontractors and work platforms
  • Reviewing and completing maintenance protocols
  • Assisting sales with creating offers
  • Checking work hours and preparing corresponding invoices
  • Updating project/customer data (sprinkler directory, product data sheets, etc.)
  • Correspondence

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Good technical understanding
  • Previous experience in order processing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High technical/IT affinity preferred
  • High level of responsibility and ability to handle stress
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as good communication skills
