Your responsibilities:
- First point of contact for our customers for all technical inquiries
- Ordering materials via SAP and coordinating material delivery to job sites
- Ordering subcontractors and work platforms
- Reviewing and completing maintenance protocols
- Assisting sales with creating offers
- Checking work hours and preparing corresponding invoices
- Updating project/customer data (sprinkler directory, product data sheets, etc.)
- Correspondence
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Good technical understanding
- Previous experience in order processing
- Strong organizational skills
- High technical/IT affinity preferred
- High level of responsibility and ability to handle stress
- Strong customer and service orientation, as well as good communication skills
