Description

VP of Product Conversions Marketing Execution

You are in charge of implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns for existing Citi credit card clients. The Product Conversions initiatives aim to provide customers with the option to switch their current card to another more suitable Citi card, without the need for additional applications or credit checks.
You will also support the Natural Reissue program as required, focusing on communicating with customers before and after their card expiration, ensuring they are informed about the new card and its benefits.
Collaborate with different stakeholders and departments to oversee the complete execution of campaigns, including defining strategies, timelines, approvals, and monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Create marketing strategies for Conversions campaigns based on Citi data analysis. Develop Business Requirement documents, propose new strategies, and identify testing opportunities.
Work with support teams to update campaign data accurately and coordinate tasks efficiently for new Conversions marketing initiatives.
Utilize data to generate dashboard reports, track campaign performance, and identify targeting enhancements.
Ensure compliance with Control and Compliance procedures during campaign execution, including utilizing the Aprimo tool to document and validate processes.
Manage campaign offer codes, guaranteeing their correct configuration for successful market placement.
Handle file requirements and necessary data for campaign implementation.
Focus on delivering an outstanding end-to-end customer experience while upholding Citi's strict control standards.
Engage with various teams such as Product and Marketing Strategy, Marketing Information Management, Technology, Operations, and Analytics to optimize campaign results.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in direct or digital marketing, emphasizing targeting or data management.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail.
Highly energetic and solution-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude, adaptable to changing priorities, and constantly striving for improvement.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Background in financial services, particularly debit or credit marketing, is advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree required, Master's degree preferred.
