**Your Responsibilities- As an employee (m/f/d) at our telephone hotline in Riverview Estates, MO, you will have completed a commercial education.
- You are proficient in using common MS Office applications.
- Your high level of service orientation and willingness to learn set you apart.
- Excellent German and English skills complete your qualifications.
- You will answer incoming calls and forward them accordingly.
- You will collect and maintain necessary information for the forwarding process in databases.
- You will create tickets and forward them to the Property Operations Team.
- Additionally, you will be involved in setting up a new occupational safety hotline.
