    As a District Manager, you have a significant responsibility for overseeing the operations and success of multiple Consumer Loan offices in your territory.

    Your role involves leading by example, providing guidance, training, and empowering your team members.

    Your primary goal is to create a positive and motivating work environment where employees enjoy coming to work and help make a positive impact in the community.

    You will manage branches effectively and efficiently to maximize projected profit and growth objectives through outstanding customer service, good lending skills, effective collection activity, and B2B marketing.


    The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.


    District Manager Role:
    Provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision while overseeing the daily operations and success of your district stores.

    Enhance branch profitability, control, and growth through effective leadership.

    Identify strategies to maximize sales and profits.

    Create a positive, performance-driven work environment where Team Members are valued and their professional development is a priority.

    Assess branch needs, market conditions, and competitive landscape.


    Challenge and motivate Team Members in an atmosphere of mutual respect while establishing expectations, setting standards, and providing timely, effective feedback.


    Train new employees and help develop their skills and understanding of company policies and all phases of branch operations and procedures.


    Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service to prevent loss and charge-off accounts, including collection calls.

    Audit branch compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal guidelines, laws, and practices.

    Promote effective teamwork and communication while providing top-tier customer service and assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.

    Provide visible and active guidance to all Team Members in your district.

    Develop customer relationships to build new business, brand loyalty, and brand recognition through B2B Marketing.

    Plan and Develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses

    What We Are Looking For:
    Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

    Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees

    Prior Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team

    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

    Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

    The willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas

    Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help, too

    Knowledge of computer software

    Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile

    High School degree or Equivalent

    $60, $70,000.00 per year
