Cash registers are no longer simple instruments for storing money. They are complex high-tech systems and all-rounders with user interfaces of modern tablets, connection to internet platforms, and real-time reporting systems. As the market leader for gastronomy and bakery cash register systems in the German-speaking region, we are constantly working on meaningful extensions and have the goal of always being technologically leading and remaining so in the long term. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Technical Support Employee (m/f/d) For our location in Münster Your tasks
- Receiving and handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Understanding and troubleshooting technical issues
- Answering technical questions about our cash register software and online services
- Documenting activities in the ticket system
Your profile
- Technical understanding
- Enjoyment in interacting with our customers
- Structured way of working
- Ability to learn and work independently
- Good knowledge of German
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
