The Top Graduates Program:

As a trainee (m/f/d), you will work on current products and strategic projects within months. You will be in the middle of it all when it comes to the redesign or further development of our products. Your home department is in the field of embedded development. Through up to four rotations in our agile product teams, software architecture teams, research, or business development, you will expand your skills and network - not only with other trainees. In addition, an international assignment is possible, which will strengthen your intercultural competence. Acquiring methodological knowledge and problem-solving skills, as well as successful teamwork, are your central goals. You will regularly reflect on your experiences, insights, and approaches with experienced coaches and your personal mentor, and expand your technical and key competencies through training.
