Description

BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionally produce and update proposals, capability statements, company profile, cover letters, or any other Marketing/Sales related documents.
Support Sales team to submit bids, prepare the shipping label, finding correct address, tracking the bid package, contacting the receiver of the package, and check the pages for notarization.
Create & Update proposal Module for each sector and each vertical market.
Arrange internal Kickoff meeting after receiving the notice of award.
And perform any related marketing/sales tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal writing or any related experience.
Audiovisual Industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
Must be a bachelor graduate proficiency in writing communication.

Other details

Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
