Your responsibilities: * Preparation of marketing materials for the sale of properties (sales documentation/teaser) * Collection and structured preparation of relevant property documents for transaction data rooms * Support of seller-side due diligence in the sales preparation phase (lease agreements, land registry documents, construction issues/condition assessment, etc.) * Development of offers to acquire new mandates in collaboration with the team * Support in transaction processing (appointments, viewings, investor communication, reporting to clients, etc.)

* Support in departmental administration (internal reporting/organization)

Your profile:

  • Business/commercial/financial education or first knowledge and training in the real estate sector
  • Knowledge of graphic design
