Description
  • Central communication interface between BWI and users of IT systems
  • Receiving, qualifying, responding to and potentially forwarding general inquiries
  • Receiving, recording and resolving incident reports
  • Documenting actions taken in ITSM system
  • System administration/monitoring in the area of networks (WAN, LAN, TK)
  • Handling incidents and incidents (2nd level) according to existing work instructions
  • Dispatching function for specific technical issues (forwarding to specialist groups)
  • Control and monitoring of solo deployment of service center employees during standby time
  • Participation in 24/7 shift operation
  • Completed vocational training in the field of information, communication and telecommunications technology and at least three years of professional experience
  • Knowledge and experience in using ticket systems and knowledge databases
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD), TCP/IP, MS operating systems and MS servers
  • Knowledge of networks and corresponding protocols, active and inactive WAN/LAN components, as well as data protection and data backup
  • Solid user knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Negotiable German language skills in spoken and written form
