For our headquarters in Marktheidenfeld, we are currently looking for a full-time:

TEAM LEADER HR / HR SPECIALIST (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR and labor law issues
Recruiting and developing specialists and managers
Implementing individual HR measures and projects
Conducting payroll and salary administration
Supporting and optimizing HR processes
Assisting with HR controlling

Our requirements

Completed degree, preferably with a focus on HR, or completed commercial training with a specialization in HR / additional training
Professional experience as an HR specialist (m/f/d)
Solid knowledge of labor law
Independent and cooperative work style
Excellent conceptual and organizational skills
Strong social and communication skills
Very good MS Office skills
