What to expect


As part of our team at Minturn, you will advise our national and international clients on the implementation of capital market-compliant reporting, as well as the transition from German GAAP to IFRS or US GAAP.


You will also support consulting projects in the preparation (IPO readiness) and execution of IPOs, as well as assist in the compilation and preparation of financial information, particularly in the context of corporate transactions (e.g.

carve-outs or combined financial statements).

These projects will be carried out efficiently using state-of-the-art software solutions. Additionally, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting is becoming increasingly important in the capital market.


As a member of our team, you will have ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, and can further develop your expertise in the field of International Accounting & Capital Market Advisory.

You will work closely with experts from the Mazars network in an international environment.

You are also eager to expand your knowledge in related areas and explore other consulting fields.

What you bring

  • A degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field of study
  • First or several years of professional experience in the aforementioned areas, potentially including international experience, and a strong affinity for solving complex problems
  • Aboveaverage analytical skills and a strong aptitude for numbers
  • Good theoretical
