This is what your day looks like with us

You capture the technical requirements from our specialist departments, formalize and document these requirements, and transfer them to our software development team
You also advise and support on technical issues and processes
In addition, you work as support for functional tests, new features, and change requests, up to the rollout of new features
In your position, you appreciate the close collaboration with IT coordinators, project and branch managers to identify your IT requirements and find ways to fulfill these needs to maximize benefit and satisfaction
You are responsible for evaluating and analyzing the business impact of change requests and feature requests from the specialist departments

These skills you bring with you

You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or (business) informatics or have a comparable education with a strong IT affinity
In addition, you have gained initial professional experience as a business analyst
Ideally, you have knowledge
