We are currently looking for a Requirements Management Specialist (m/f/d) for DB Communication Technology GmbH at our locations in Dresden or Frankfurt (Main).
This is a "Where you Want" job: In consultation with your supervisor, you can choose your place of work within Germany and decide between mobile work and office work. Your official office will be contractually agreed upon - if there are multiple advertised locations, the final decision will be made in discussion with your supervisor.
Your tasks:

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving planning activities and control instruments in requirements management, including cross-sector coordination and consolidation
You will independently develop optimization proposals for internal sales processes in collaboration with relevant interfaces
You will create forecasts based on plan/actual deviation analyses and provide commentary on proposed measures to achieve sales targets
You will proactively support the development of sales strategies and provide advice and assistance in company-wide projects
You will be in charge of regular reporting for requirements management
You will maintain regular communication with the responsible management of the sectors
