As an external consulting company, we are looking for a motivated clerk (m/f/d) for construction and damage restoration in full-time for our client - risatec GmbH - at their location in Neu-Anspach.

In the event of a fire or water damage, risatec GmbH offers its customers professional help to minimize the damage.

Often, extensive restoration work is required, which includes everything from clearing out, building drying, cleaning and demolition work to complete renovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and project management in the successful execution of construction projects, mainly damage restoration, with a focus on high customer satisfaction
  • Recording and maintenance of customer data
  • Creation and maintenance of customer files
  • Telephone customer support
  • Coordination and followup of appointments with subcontractors and customers
  • Review, adjust, update or create offers for construction projects
  • Support for project and department managers
  • Preparation and execution of invoicing
Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training with experience in the construction industry
  • Possibly experience in clerical work / damage processing at an insurance company or in a surveyor's office / property management
  • Independent, careful and reliable work style
  • Selfreliance, initiative and willingness to acquire necessary qualifications
  • Teamwork and service mentality
  • Proficiency with MS Office products
