Social Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d) in Early Intervention

starting immediately with 39.0 hours per week, temporary as a parental leave replacement, in Munich

The Family Intervention Team FIT is currently seeking a full-time (39.0 hours per week) pedagogical specialist for Early Intervention in Munich. The position is temporary as a parental leave replacement until , with the option for extension.

The IB's Early Intervention program provides support and counseling to families with children aged 0-3 in the facilities of the Central Homeless Assistance (Office for Housing and Migration, WP/OP). This includes municipal shelters and pensions. The majority of families have a refugee/migration background. The services are provided through individual case assistance, group activities, and consultation hours.

Your responsibilities with us

  • Counseling for families with infants and toddlers up to three years old who are experiencing high levels of psychosocial stress
