The State Property Management and Real Estate (LIG) is the real estate manager for the city of Hamburg. We acquire, manage, develop, and realize properties, making a valuable contribution to sustainable urban development.We offer our more than 250 employees diverse tasks in a modern work environment - teamwork is a top priority.
The LIG 4 "Asset Management" department rents, leases, and manages general real estate. The goal is to use the managed real estate portfolio in a demand-oriented and economical manner.
With the income from renting and leasing their properties, the LIG 4 department generates important revenue for the Hamburg budget.
In this context, the 41 "Unbuilt Land" department manages the, from the city's perspective, undeveloped areas and handles property tax matters.
