Kensington, MN is a modern, fully equipped hospital with 900 beds and 29 specialized departments/institutes. It is part of a municipal group with a total of 3,770 employees, providing a significant portion of healthcare services in the Märkischer Kreis region.

The Psychiatry Clinic consists of 75 inpatient treatment beds, a day clinic (12 beds), a psychiatric and psychotherapeutic outpatient clinic, and an integrated day clinic within the inpatient units (12 beds). Experience working with individuals with mental illnesses or disabilities is required.

We are looking for:

A statecertified therapist in a movementrelated profession, such as physiotherapist, movement therapist, or sports and gymnastics teacher (m/f/d)
Experience in movement therapy (primarily group activities, Nordic walking, MTT, relaxation, functional gymnastics, etc.) is preferred but not required
Previous experience in psychiatry is desirable
Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
Genuine interest in working with patients with mental illnesses
Interest in working in a team and interdisciplinary exchange

Your responsibilities:

The role includes all movement therapy offerings on both open and protected units
Designing individual and group therapy sessions
Participation in team meetings and supervision
