We are a management consulting firm with over 300 consultants specializing in optimizing procurement and supply chain processes. Since our founding in 2000, we have developed a deep and broad portfolio of consulting services with various value creation approaches.
Our services include procurement and supply chain strategy consulting as well as implementation support. Our approach is data and fact-based; our proprietary eFlow software supports, accelerates, and professionalizes procurement processes.
