We are currently looking for an HR Professional (m/f/d) to join our diverse and international team in Berlin, Germany.

Head of People & Culture (m/f/d)

What you will do

  • You will lead the implementation of our people strategy with a special focus on change management, innovation & internationalization, leadership & culture, employer branding, feedback, and company goals.
  • You will actively support our management team and team leads in personnel planning, recruiting processes, and onboarding.
  • You will manage preparatory payroll accounting and act as a sparring partner for the payroll office, accounting, controlling, and tax office.
  • You will be a reliable and empathetic point of contact for our employees and advise and support our managers in decisionmaking in personnelrelated situations.
  • You will handle company communication with authorities, agencies, service providers, and other stakeholders.
What you bring

  • A degree in human resources, business administration with a focus on personnel, psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Approximately 5 years of practical experience in a generalist senior HR position, ideally in a growing and/or B2B
