DESCRIPTION:

Perform dispensing and weighing of raw materials for manufacturing orders, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Utilize recommended tools and equipment to achieve optimal quality for the final product as per Planning Department and Process Engineer guidelines.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Weigh, measure, and mix materials per specifications.
  • Read work orders and follow production specifications.
  • Monitor production equipment for safe operation.
  • Collect and test samples for quality assurance.
  • Operate mixing and blending machines.
  • Transfer and unload materials using appropriate tools.
  • Maintain and clean equipment; report malfunctions.
  • Record production data and process parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing instructions.
  • Perform additional tasks including restocking, labeling, and packaging products.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree in Chemistry preferred.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions, including SOP flowcharts and diagrams.
  • At least one year of related experience or training in compounding (e.g., Cosmetics, Personal Care, Consumer Goods).
