Your expertise will ensure our clients receive exceptional care and representation throughout their personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and oversee client claims with insurance companies.
Facilitate clients in locating and scheduling necessary medical appointments.
Analyze medical records thoroughly to enhance case development.
Organize and prepare case files for insurance demand submissions.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
Collaborate with attorneys to strategize and ensure timely case progression.
Monitor clients' treatment progress, ensuring they receive appropriate care.
Gather and compile all relevant documentation for efficient case management.
At least 2 years of experience in personal injury case management.
Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law and insurance procedures.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting medical records.
Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
