Case Manager - Legal/Law experience
NO REMOTE
- Must have worked on personal injury cases
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and oversee client claims with insurance companies.
- Facilitate clients in locating and scheduling necessary medical appointments.
- Analyze medical records thoroughly to enhance case development.
- Organize and prepare case files for insurance demand submissions.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
- Collaborate with attorneys to strategize and ensure timely case progression.
- Monitor clients' treatment progress, ensuring they receive appropriate care.
- Gather and compile all relevant documentation for efficient case management.
- At least 2 years of experience in personal injury case management.
- Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law and insurance procedures.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting medical records.
- Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
