Your Responsibilities:


  • You have overall disciplinary, technical, and business responsibility for a 360° E-Commerce Account Unit
  • You are responsible for employees, customers, and results
  • You advise and acquire key accounts in your unit on all matters related to digitalization and the development of their electronic business models
  • You organize and manage interdisciplinary project teams consisting of project managers, software developers, and creative minds
  • As part of acquiring new customers, you identify challenges of potential clients, create individual offer packages, and convince them of our services
  • As a member of the management team, you also actively contribute to the strategy, organizational development, and process improvement.

Your Profile:


  • You have a completed degree, ideally with a focus on business administration or IT, or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in the strategy/digital/Ecommerce area of a company or on the service provider side
  • Ideally, you have experience with agile (KanBan, Scrum, Lean, etc.) structures and working methods, as well as experience in project management and/or software development
  • You have successfully taken on significant personnel and budget responsibility
  • You have a passion for change, digital transformation, strategy, Ecommerce, innovative products, and services
  • You are a positive and persuasive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
